Megan is results-driven professional with 10+ years' experience in overseeing the operational aspects of multiple staffing locations, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Currently, she is overseeing our Skilled Recruiting division. Megan has a proven track record of achieving operational excellence, driving profitability, and optimizing business processes.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Capone and Otis. On the weekends you will often find her taking on various DIY projects, consistently looking to enhance their new home located in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Lindsey is the Director of Skilled Sales at QPS Employment Group. She has 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, and impact management, and most recently served as a VP of Sales and Operations. 

Outside of work, Lindsey is kept busy with friends and family and her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughter's sporting events, along with golfing, gardening, and traveling.

David is a Skilled Trades Recruiter who has worked with QPS since July of 2020. With QPS, David has focused on a variety of industries and currently specializes in CNC Set up Operators and Maintenance Technicians in Illinois and assists with training and development of new recruiters in the branch. Since he began his recruiting career in 2015, David has focused on telecommunications, field marketing, VIP hospitality and light industrial/skilled.

Outside of the office, David is an avid home baker and arts enthusiast who enjoys travelling with his wife, Jill, and spending quiet time at home with his cat, Sophie.

Frida has been with QPS since May 2024 and comes from a background in healthcare recruiting, retail, and B2B sales. Recruiting fuels her passion for connection, and she thrives on matching talented individuals with better opportunities. Committed to her professional growth in recruiting, she aims to enhance her skills and contribute more effectively to her clients and candidates. Frida specializes in sourcing and recruiting highly skilled CNC machinists, welders, and maintenance technicians in Kansas City.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking new recipes, going on walks, attending group fitness classes, and spending time with her two dogs: Bella, a Boston Terrier, and Klaus, a German Shepherd.

Devyn has been a part of QPS since November of 2018. She’s been a pivotal part of developing branch operations focusing on Light Industrial and Temp to Hire roles. In 2024, she moved to the Skilled Recruiting role with a focus on Maintenance, CNC Machinists, Quality Technicians and Welders. She’s confident in her ability to connect with her clients to find exactly what they’re looking for out of their employees.

When not working, Devyn is spending time with her husband, toddler, and 3 labs.

Brook began her career at CVS Health as an intern, eventually transitioning into the HR department. She has since gained extensive experience, working as a Senior Technical Recruiter. As well as a Lead Recruiter in the healthcare industry. Currently, Brook focuses on Skilled Trades recruitment in the state of Colorado where she focuses on Welders, CNC, and Maintenance Technicians. Brook has lived most of her adult life outside the U.S., enriching her global perspective. She enjoys running, spending time outdoors and making memories with her husband Scott, their two beautiful girls and 10-year-old pup Khao.

Kathy Hovorka has been a Skilled Trades Recruiter with QPS Employment Group since 2026 after being a branch recruiter since 2021 and brings more than 12 years of recruiting experience. Kathy enjoys the challenge of recruiting for hard-to-fill and unique positions, regardless of industry. She thrives on solving difficult hiring challenges and takes pride in identifying talent that others may overlook. Her commitment to understanding both the candidate's career goals and the employer's needs has earned her a reputation for delivering exceptional results and outstanding service.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her family. She is a proud wife, mother of two adult children, and devoted dog mom to two canine companions. An avid traveler, she loves exploring new places, with snorkeling in the ocean ranking among her favorite adventures.

Stevie joined QPS in December 2024, bringing a strong background in manufacturing, engineering, and healthcare recruiting. She is passionate about connecting talented individuals with great companies, believing that few things are more rewarding than helping someone find the right job. Based in West Bend, WI, Stevie specializes in sourcing and recruiting skilled maintenance technicians and CNC machinists/programmers across Milwaukee, Green Bay, Appleton, and Sheboygan.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two wonderful daughters, ages 5 and 7. Together, they love trips to the beach, often accompanied by their two beloved dogs, Hank and Vader.

Jordan joins QPS as a Skilled Trades Recruiter supporting the Houston, Texas market with over 5 years of experience in the industry. He brings valuable experience recruiting for welders, CNC machinists, and a variety of other skilled trade positions all over the country. Outside of work, Jordan lives in Houston with his four-year-old son “Handsome” (an energetic freelance bulldog). In his free time, he enjoys working out, attending the opera, and spending time outdoors.

Chaz is a Skilled Trades Recruiter with over 4 years of experience supporting skilled trades hiring across the country. Based in Dallas, TX, Chaz currently specializes in CNC Machining, Industrial Maintenance, and Welding; and supports our Texas, Missouri, and Colorado regions. Throughout his recruiting career, Chaz has focused on connecting qualified skilled trade professionals with long-term opportunities while supporting the needs of clients and operations.

Outside of the office, Chaz enjoys watching TV shows and sports (Go Hoosiers), and spending time with his fiancée, Mar, along with their dog, Charlie, and cat, Avery.

Korea is a Skilled Trades Recruiter who has worked with QPS since January 2023. Korea comes from a leadership background that includes managing people, accounts, and customer relations. Here with QPS, she has specialized and focused her efforts on various positions including CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, Welders, and Production Leadership roles in Missouri. Korea is dedicated to bringing skilled candidates that will be great assets to the company’s needs!

When away from the office, Korea enjoys being a new mom and spending time with her two young boys.
