Prior to joining QPS, Jessica has worked in Recruiting in the RPO industry. She brings over 10 years of experience to our Professional Division. Jessica has been with QPS since 2014. Before moving into her current role, she worked as a Corporate Internal Recruiter with QPS placing Account Executives, Recruiters, Managers and Administrative roles. Jessica graduated from UW – Milwaukee with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.

Jessica helps passive and non-passive candidates in the manufacturing world find amazing career opportunities, and assists QPS client companies with filling their hiring needs with amazing candidates throughout the Midwest! Jessica specializes in Industrial Maintenance, Operations-Management, and Engineering recruitment throughout southeast Wisconsin. 

In her free time, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her Siberian Husky, Kylo. She loves spending time outdoors from hiking to kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and going on runs!
