How do you recruit candidates?
In addition to the traditional methods—advertising, job fairs, school postings, and the Internet—QPS also relies on:
- Referral Program & Sourcing: We have long-established relationships with well-connected individuals, community centers, and local organizations. We tap into our network to source talent faster.
- Social Media: We use social media to reach both active job seekers as well as passive candidates that you don’t find on traditional job boards.
- Outbound Recruitment: At QPS, we don’t rely solely on passive recruiting methods. We direct recruit by soliciting referrals from our talent network, and work nights and weekends to reach prospects who are currently employed.

What placement options do you offer?
We offer temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and professional placements.
What does temp-to-hire mean?
Temp-to-hire is when an employee begins working at your company while remaining on our payroll for a provisional period. You pay an hourly billing rate, but there is no additional charge to hire the employee after the provisional period.
What is payrolling?
If you find a temporary or permanent employee through your own recruitment, you may still assign them to the QPS payroll. This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands, seasonal help, and hiring freezes, and it takes the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee doesn’t work out.
What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by QPS?
Because of our intensive screening process, we’re highly successful in matching the right person with the right opportunity. Still, staffing is as much an art as it is a science, and sometimes employees just don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with a hire, for whatever reason, QPS can find a replacement.
