Narrative

A manufacturer in Franklin, WI collaborated with QPS Employment Group on ways to help decrease turnover and improve retention.

QPS helped increase pay rates by providing wage data of surrounding companies for similar positions. The data showed that a wage increase of $2.00/hour was needed to attract quality candidates and decrease turnover.

Since adjusting the pay scales, and looking at results year over year, the number of quits decreased by 21%, turnover decreased by 40% and the number of employees still on assignment increased by 48%.
