Narrative
QPS began working with this company after the acquisition of AmeriStaff in December 2019 and quickly began forming relationships and adding value to the current contract.
The first thing we did was create an in-depth orientation including physically checking in all new starts. QPS also worked diligently to immediately backfill any open positions, which helped increase our employees on assignment.
To help sell the company and the open positions to potential candidates, QPS developed a focus group with current Associate Employees. We pulled employees from all 3 shifts, different positions, and tenure, and asked them why they work there and what they love. We gathered all the feedback and presented to the customer, which they loved!
As a result of the changes, the client saw a 47% increase in employees on assignment.
