Narrative
A manufacturer in Manitowoc, WI collaborated with QPS Employment Group on ways to help decrease turnover.
Since implementing QPS’ retention coach and engagement program, the manufacturer has seen a 24% decrease in turnover overall as well as a 40% decrease in turnover within the first week for new starts.
To improve attendance, wake up calls are being done for the first two weeks and stay surveys are conducted after the first two weeks.
To further engage employees, QPS provided “golden tickets” throughout the month for credit to the vending area. In addition, we worked with the company’s supervisors to acknowledge great behavior with a chosen employee receiving a gift card and nomination for employee of the month recognition.
