Why We Created QPS Cares Stations
Our teams work with thousands of candidates each week. We see firsthand that life can change quickly and that even the most dedicated, hardworking people can face unexpected hardships. A missed paycheck, a family crisis, or a sudden move can create strain on everyday essentials.
QPS Care Stations were created to remove one small barrier for those moments. If a candidate needs a meal to get through the day, personal care items before a shift, or warm clothing for the season, they can take what they need. Our goal is to support stability so people can focus on their next opportunity, not their next meal.
