Bringing Joy (and Paws) to the Office

At QPS, our culture is built on connection, community, and a healthy dose of fun. From celebrating wins together to supporting each other through challenges, we believe work should feel meaningful and enjoyable. Our corporate headquarters recently unleashed a little extra happiness with Bring Your Dog to Work Day.

Employees were invited to bring their furry family members in for a day of tail wags and team bonding. The result? Hallways full of excited paws, spontaneous puppy cuddles, and the kind of joy only a dog can bring.

Moments like these are more than just a chance to pet cute dogs. They’re a reflection of our belief that a positive workplace culture inspires better collaboration, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of belonging.

Encouraging fun at work is part of who we are. It sparks creativity, reduces stress, and helps us stay connected across departments. And while the dogs may not have contributed much to productivity, they made a great day even better.
