What are your strengths? It’s a common interview question that can stop many candidates in their tracks. You can get started by following these four steps.

Make a list

Jot down all your strengths, including the ones that are not work-related. With a list on hand, you’ll be able to sort through and strategize your response. Your list should contain anything that is a positive personality quality as well as talents, soft skills, training, certifications, and your experience in various areas.
